"Child is born within the master plan. Boy grows up, leaves his home to be a man ..." This song always brings back the memory of my girlhood crush from when I was only 12 ... He was 14, big luscious fro, beautiful almond shaped brown eyes, smooth golden skin, and the most kissable lips and captivating smile that arrested my heart from the first moment I saw him. I never could've known back then that our paths were destined to cross again just 10 years later. That gorgeous man truly became the love of my life. Our shared love of soulful music, art, poetry, travel, laughter, and great food made me fall completely in love with him. No man has ever made me feel the way he did. Sometimes a profoundly great love comes around only once in a lifetime. Although we can never go back, I will always cherish the love we shared when we were young .. when I was his and he was mine.🌠
