29:25 "...spent an 8 hour shift loading 17 magazines." I know that pain IRL. I was the only Ammunition Specialist in my squad who wasn't away on TDY when a scheduled Night Fire Range came up. Let's see, 115 soldiers, two 30-round mags each, each mag loaded 'round, round, tracer' 10 times for each of the 230 magazines I'd need to load. That's 6,900 rounds. My squad left me no Speed Loaders, so I did it by hand. I don't recall exactly how long it took, but it lasted from right after breakfast until I had to wake up a duty driver to take me back to the barracks. UGH. 30 years later and that memory STILL haunts me...

A pure embrace the suc moment. Mine was in recruitment. With me being the oldest of the recruits and with kids of my own, one fella asked me to help him iron his shirt. I ended up ironing about 20 something shirts on an absolute speed run from like 20 past 6 right up to 740... just in time for assembly. But hearing compliments on each recruit from the Sergeant was a nice touch.

Despite being so open to you moving away from PZ, this did get me to try it out again since I only ever really did the default Knox county, never even tried scenarios and got Kingsmouth modded into the main map, and i have been rejuvenated in enjoying PZ. A good half year break from it probably helped me too, but maybe i just needed a change of scenery.

But like he also said it was something to actually focus on to beat back insomnia (mood, lol) so that's probably where the confusion is. Predz already knows that, it's referenced in one of his Kenshi challenge-starts that this is your background noise for the next X hours, and more than once he also suggests booting up zomboid and playing awhile alongside his videos.

Curious question but have you ever considered doing a playthrough on other standalone map mods? Examples include Lost to Nature, Camden County, Project Underground/Metro or other standalone maps? Currently doing a run on Camden County for a post-outbreak scenario and its especially challenging due to the lack of a map and a need to manually mark and draw stuff on the map.
