I need to get out of the city. It is very difficult to learn to love myself in a concrete jungle. I do yoga and i eat vegan, but i am still very stressed and tense. I feel so much shame from society and my past that i have trouble being consistent in my love to myself. Its like my frequency of 528hz is distorted when i leave the yoga studio or my apt. I have to somehow relocate my life to a place i can connect to the earth like this guy is saying. This is what is missing. I use all my spare time to learn truth, but i am missing the nature and connection to where i come from. Also i need to connect with people like u guys, so i am going to book a retreat in costa rica. So happy i found this channel. Love u. Keep up the good content.

LOVE CHANNEL TV i really like the content so far, The places u go are the places i seek. The permaculture guy u interviewed on your channel was cool, id like to see what that place is all about. I always wondered if such a place existed :) maybe do some content on sacred geometry in the future...I found this geometry and it changed my consciousness. Have u seen Nassim Haramien's black hole video? Anyways, it really changed my perspective and directed me into sacred geometry research, which somehow lead me to your channel....If u havnt already seen it, take a look.
