I think the buildings aren’t built by the devs but purchased from an asset making company who obviously model their buildings so the empty buildings are just modelled because the devs couldn’t find any un-modelled buildings

the red and white dots are probably the icons that show on the spidar red dots = spiders white dot = you the red dots are probably connected to the exact position to the spiders and its underground so when playing you cant see it

You can see the secret spider in the main menu by it shadow in game if you have no mods

The giant spider in the sky is actually the spider that you see on the ceiling after you press the button to activate contingency omega

The "final battle" is not with spider cuz they are dead, you nuked them, insted they are roaches
