Just cooked this dish and it's amazing. Few things I added that weren't included in the video that you could add in your dish is mixing the tomato paste with a tsp of sugar and water before throwing it in the dish when it's time to throw the tomato paste then adding cut potatoes 30-40 mins into the cooking. It looks yummy i wanba try it im used to tenderise my beef wash it nd drain water then i heat oil and add my meat fry it till golden brown with all my beef spices,add onions,garlic,ginger fry it till tender then add my peppers if im adding greens add them also fry a bit then add soy sauce then lil bit of water with minestrone soup to thicken the soup nd simmer it 5mins

It depends on the power of your stove but on average, I'd say 3 maybe or between 2 and 3 perhaps but it should br cooking with evidence of boiling kind of. I normally consider 4 avarage or medium then 5 and 6 high. I hope i tried

2 and 3, in most cases its 3. if your stove is 6, then 3 should be your low heat. Also, same if it is a 5, then 3 would be your low heat. Correct me if I am wrong.
