The following is info from the manga (about Bakugo's family) that is not in the anime so it's *not a spoiler* That guy (Masaru) is 100% Bakugo's dad. I don't think it says in the anime but in the manga around here it reveals his parents quirks. His mom (Mitsuki) has Glycerin which makes her sweat glycerin, making her skin naturally smooth. The dad's quirk is Oxidize, which oxidizes/rusts things on contact. It's pretty obvious that only those two could combine to create Bakugo's quirk Explosion, which produces and ignites his Nitroglycerin sweat. It also has a bit with Masaru telling Bakugo about how Mitsuki came onto him and pursued him relentlessly until he dated her, lmao.

Fun fact, Bakugo's parents actually sweat the two main ingredients for Nitroglycerine. One is a powerful acid (i think) and the other is basically a lotion. So when their quirks mixed it made the Explosion quirk.
