Oh my gosh, it was terrible. Why u pour so much oil? Wagyu steak doesn't require oil for frying, it has enough of its own fat for this. 63 dollars in the trash can. Also salted 2 times. OMG. I don't advise Japanese chefs to watch this video, in order to avoid a heart attack.
