Ugh yes artificial air is so so so drying. In the midwest we pretty much have to have the heat on blast from October-May 😭 Hoping you don't get sick/feel better quickly if you do!

Rachel the remedy is called "cạo gió" in Vietnamese :)) I don't know whether you can read Vietnamese or not but this remedy is super useful. I'm currently studying abroad and your dad reminds me of my Dad. My dad does that for me when I catch a cold or a headache. anyways, it's officially Xmax in Taiwan, Merry Xmax Rachel!!!

Oh poor Weston...hope you get better soon! And having a mask on your face and bath at the same time could clog your pores. When you have a bath let your skin get all the waste out of your face🙄
