@@thatsgoodmoney I am from Jamaica and I heard Master shredder mention foods that come from Jamaica in some of the videos. I knew about them but, I never try some of them like the herbal brushes he mentioned, especially the one he talked about in this video. Big up yourself that's good money.

Sunlight energy is the way for all wellness, intracellular - cellular, tissue - whole body. Coconut water FTW , the "water" is living tissue full of cytokinins . Herbal Teas for the support and strength of the body and electrical rich foods to power each cell LETS GO!!!

Congratulations for the 600k 👏👏👏👏 your channel is outstanding! This is a great video with a lot of information as always with Master Shredda. I was a bit distracted by the background but I’m going to watch it again. Since I’ve been doing 18h of fasting a day I hardly have any appetite. I have a banana and a few nuts and I’m full. I wonder if other people experience the same thing as me. Thank you.

Thanks Anna.Glad to here that fasting is helping you achieve your goals.

I noticed that most of the people who into this type of workouts are either plant based or they eat everything and anything.

I’ll tell you why he’s so muscular with little protein…it’s called having top tier genetics, he’s a mesomorph…ppl don’t give genetics enough credit when it comes to their overall physique…all you hear about is hard work and nutrition! Genetics is the most important factor when it comes to building a monstrous physique.
@Yeff1of12 жыл бұрын
@@JMURDA0910 u have to put in work to make those genetics pop tho bro. Most people can have “top tier” genetics if they put in the work (exercise and diet)but they would never know cause they don’t put in the work. The clean diet is what brings the body fat % down and give u energy to do the workouts, and the workouts is what make u strong and muscles pop. U would never said he had top tier genetics if all he did was sit on The couch and eat BS
@JMURDA09102 жыл бұрын
@@Yeff1of1 you missed my point. He has top tier genetics considering his diet. And by the way, stop over emphasizing hard work and diet dude..there’s ton of ppl out here who will literally eat whatever they want and still maintain a decent six pack and quality muscle. I’ve seen it with my own eyes numerous times. No matter how “hard you work and eat healthy” you will never look as good as the person with unparalleled genetics.
