Josh McDaniels was the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, who went 9-16 overall during his tenure. In 2022, the Raiders went 6-11, missing the playoffs with Derek Carr under center. In 2023, the exact same team went 3-5 with Jimmy Garoppolo. When the Raiders lost 14-26 against the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football, Josh McDaniels would be fired, along with OC Mick Lombardi and GM Dave Zeigler, in addition to Jimmy Garoppolo being benched for Aidan O'Connell. After Antonio Pierce stepped in as the interim head coach, the mighty silver & black would go 5-4 under Pierce, finishing the 2023 season with an 8-9 record, while sadly being eliminated from playoff contention once again.

I have no idea how Josh Mcdaniels got a second chance as a head coach. He was fired from the broncos and the raiders before he could even finish his second season with both clubs. Ron got a C but the only coach rated worse than him is JM. I said during Covid something on the team changed. You could tell they weren't feeling him. The majority of the team didn't want the you know what. Instead of just saying we respect their decision but we'll work with them he called them all stupid. Didn't have their back. Btw the 2 most outspoken players about it were sweat and chase

They went from 4-5 to 4-13, and lost twice to the New York giants because Rivera and Bienemy had awful game plans.
