Thattapayaru Kulambu
Ingredients
Overnight soaked thattapayaru (cowpeas) - 1 cup
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Shallots - 15
Tomato - 1
Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoon
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Dry chilli - 5
Coconut - 4 tbl spoon
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Chopped shallots - 5
Curry leaves
Crushed garlic - 5
Brinjal - 3
Potato - 1
Drumstick - 1
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
