@@triniplayer6172 there are some people who have burn in with this monitor but they all have the brightness maxed out or use the monitor in hdr for desktop use. There is just no getting around this fact and I own 3 OLEDs including the Alienware - any OLED panel must be used carefully to maintain longevity- in desktop hide icons and taskbar, use black background and keep brightness under 50% and only use HDR when watching Fullscreen movie or gaming and use the window settings to lower brightness of desktop graphics when in hdr. @@califorupha1574 No it's not. Most people just misunderstand eye tracking motion blur. Eye tracking motion blur is only reduced by shorter persistence = displaying the image for shorter time, which happens either by strobing the image or increasing refresh rate. Even if the 360hz LCD transitions more slowly and has more overshoot artifacts, it still reduces persistence by changing the image more often.

What would you consider more important for competitive FPS. Faster response times or faster input latency times?

I'm super excited to see the OLEDs we get this year!

Same here, and the microLED TVs coming this year too. 2 nanosecond response time, no burn in, no image retention, no need for pixel refresh or cycling. It sounds amazing, except for the price. It may hopefully be affordable in this decade. Who knows?

Are image retention something you need to worry about on OLEDs for gaming? so many games have fairly static UI-elements and that always has me worried.

just got this monitor and man what a difference. Gaming looks so crisp and clean on it, and i know this is gonna be a weird thing to throw out, but anime look absolutely amazing with it.

I've been reading some negatives about anime on oled, where the quick responsetime will cause stutter on low fps content. I should get the refresh on this monitor later today and I'm a bit worried, did you change any settings for better viewing experience in the past three months?

@Reyeston007 sorry swap it out for the MSI 4k OLED so I can't remember. Try looking at Rtings, that's where I normal go for monitor settings.

Il be going with the OLED for my new panel since the game I play is mainly leauge of legends. I do play some singleplayer rpg titles/some mmos as well but LoL isnt as optimized for higher frames so il cap at 240, I also don't think the brightness will be an issue for me because I have my current LG 27" at 30 brightness. Can't wait to stretch my new PC's legs out when I get one!
