@@SimonSmithOnline I'm good mate, have been getting into your videos and podcasts a lot recently, great to have someone out there who really knows what they're talking about and aren't a Samuel Leeds copycat. I'm working towards saving £5k as we speak, and going to go through all of your podcasts, making notes as I go. Hope that when I've saved the £5k I will have listened to all the audio and will be ready to ask some in depth questions. I live in Pembrokeshire, there actually isn't a load of choice for places to rent here, but its a tourist trap, so with a bit of creative thinking if I could find somewhere it would be a great earner! Hope your doing good! Your an absolute hero for pushing out the fantastic content you do!
