Anybody who posts a (insert archetypes here) deck is reeeeeeeally just using some of those cards to support the same five or so staples that are present in most decks lol. IE: building up to Zeus or accesscode talker, etc. I mean already most decks have the first 6-9 card slots dedicated purely to hand traps.

I'm always glad to see the older archetypes still get love and support every now and then. As for feedback, definitely would be nice to see more non-meta/niche decks that not many people look at. Especially decks from the anime that aren't the main character's or main rival's decks. I'm thonking about making a Trickstar deck and would love to learn about possible combos with them.

Monarchs can do okay but those decks on their own will rarely do any good. You need to find good staples and unique cards and archetypes that have good synergy with the main archetype/win strategy.

@@banditkeef3864 Or research decks online, find your favorite, copy it in master duel, get the gold pass, grind online and solo, only purchase card packs in regards to said pack you copied, dismantle all the cards you didn’t need, profit, use the remaining currency earned from grinding the gold pass to buy out the rest of the cards you need that exists in said pack that’s being created. Boom. Have a great time playing Master Duel.

One thing I'd like to see a video of is breaking down the core functions of certain archetypes, and what cards you can pick to use to counter certain popular decks. You make great Blue-Eyes decks in my honest opinion, but some of the card picks seem geared towards certain board matchups and fall weak versus others, and what variations you think work in X situation vs Y situation would be good food for thought.

The main thing that could be improved on is a bit more detail when showing a deck list in master duel. Not everyone can recognise cards by their art alone so figuring out a deck list can be really difficult. Either a link to the deck list or a typed up version below the video would be amazing! Honestly. Your videos are amazing. Keep doing what you're doing. The editing is FIRE (get it, fire, red eyes video). The way the decks are introduced and explained during video in the way you do it is very simple. I'm very very new to the game (kinda new to playing yu gi oh in general), and I love this deck. I was playing with a budget deck of red eyes, which I loved, and finally got the funds to put together this one. I would love more in depth videos of exactly why and how each cards are in the deck. If not this one specific deck, I would love a type of "Yu Gi Oh for dummies" kind of video. I find it's very tedious to try and play through a game where I don't entirely know what cards are in there for what reasons until I'm forced to do something! Love the videos!

No thanks I'll pass. I watched for 8 mins. If you take that long your deck sucks. Not in the sense that it can't win. Just the fact that you have overdone it. 8 mins and your still going. Might as well go play by yourself, that's no fun. I've went against ppl doing this. I surrender if your turn taken longer then 3 maybe 4 mins. This is why I hate the addition of link monsters. Adding pendulum was bad enough but now it's just got out of hand on these 10 min long combos. If you have that kind of patience in card games more power to you.

Red Eyes is so clunky in Master Duels due in part to missing cards in the game. Can easily be made into a god tier deck but Konami only cares about their poster kids (looking at you dark magician and blue eyes) and refuse to give Red any love in any games they make

As someone who has played Red-Eyes forever, but also didn't really play competitively from 2010 to 2020, I've lacked a decent understanding of how to make "this" kind of deck. i.e one that does 20 things before battle phase. This is a great jumping off point. Would appreciate a deck list though, as now I have to figure out some of these cards by pictures.

Hey guys! Remember when YuGiOh was actually fun and people used to take turns and get excited about drawing cards from the deck and expecting something cool to play? Cuz now all games with all decks end in turn 2 where you just watch a dude draw his entire deck in one turn and play all 40 cards for the next 30 minutes. Meanwhile you can go take a shower, make some food, eat the food, go out for a walk, pick up groceries, come back home and the 2nd turn still isn't over cuz the guy is only at his 10th link summoning and he's got 10 more just cuz it looks cool even if he could've ended the game like 10 moves ago. Very nice game.
