This is a very timely video for me. My walking partner has not been able to walk with me this summer and I have not kept up my walking regimen using her absence as my excuse. Deep down I knew it was just me being lazy and using her absence as a scapegoat. Thank you for the nudge.

Hello love the video. I make sure i meditate regularly to see what i think is important. Then i just do whatever i can now... Today towards that goal. I dont think too far ahead and i dont allow others to change my plans... Unless im having an odd weak day and the offer involves cake! Then... Back to my goals the next day :.)

you should read Jhon Taylor Gattor (or youtube), so inspiering, im practicing self managment, being a pretty anti managment guy, but it helps a lot currentley reading getting things done. :D only thing is often i question the long term point of doing a certain thing, like saving money. i guess you have to kinda have some idear of why your saving, and being more specifik about why it is you wanna achive what you want. beacuse else its so easy to get last in abstractions XD
