I always take my vitamin D3 with my evening meal so it doesn't make me sick. I am happy to know I have been doing it eight. I was recently in the hospital for 4 months and 5 weeks was in a medically induced coma. When they found out I don't have teeth and cant eat as balamced as I used to they checked everything to see if I need a supplememt. All of my levels were great. Thank you for all of the good information you give us.💜🦋

Those D3 pills come with some type of oil inside the gelcaps, it’s stated on the bottle.

I take 1 tablespoon of good olive oil twice a day with my supplements. My turmeric supplement, for pain, has been much more effective since starting this regimen.. Make sure to get your fats! Thank you Dr Mandell…

Turmeric supplements cause damage in some people. We use spice in our protein shakes. 1/8 Teaspoon. Every 90 days take a week off from Turmeric

I have learned to take my Vitamin D3 AFTER I eat my meals. I’ve been doing this for a while. Also, if we can spend 15-20 minutes out in the sun (in the mornings) it will trigger our brains to produce serotonin which is needed for energy and vitality. Studies have also shown that sun exposure improves our brain function. Thanks Dr Mandell for all your wonderful and expertise in helping us. May God Bless you and your mother. 🙏🏻♥️

Best advice I got today. I always take my vitamin D and K2 on an empty stomach. I just took a sip of olive oil, and I'm having yogurt with blueberries so thank you cuz I was not going to have any food in my stomach with the vitamin D and K2. That‘s very interesting 🙌 I took my Vitamin D3 and K2 drops ( 10.000 i. U. ) in the morning on an empty stomach and then drink water with my other vitamins, probiotics and Omega 3 drops mixed together after that 🤔 I think I will adjust the timing and take my D3 and K2 drops directly before my evening meal 😃 Thank you so much for that information 👍

I would love for Dr. Mandell to make a video of 3 meals a day samples of what they would be - There is SO much information on his channel of the different foods - nuts - vitamins and minerals - I would love to see how we should be eating (The 3 Meals) every day to include the best of his channel's advice. - - Like what kind of 3 meals he eats every day to incorporate the best nutrition.

I take 10,000 iu's of Vit D3 (in coconut oil) with K2 as MK7 daily. Being an outdoorsy person who lives in Australia I also get plenty of sunshine during the warmer months. Unfortunately I don't trust many of our food supplies unless it's 100% organic and even then I'm still suspicious so I regularly take my Vit D and have for yrs. I take it every day with 3gms of a good quality Vit C, a great Magnesium combo, Zinc and B12. Haven't had the 💉 and haven't had as much as a runny nose. I've found this combo of vitamins (plus a fresh homemade organic diet and regular exercise) keeps me healthy and well. I'm in my early 60's and feel fantastic! Thanks always Dr Mandell for your caring and concise information. I've followed you for a long time and you've helped me immensely to make wise choices regarding my health and well-being 🙏💗✨️

Yes, this chemist agrees with your recommendation to take Vitamin D3 with food that contains fat. This is exactly what I do. I take 20,000 IU's (500 micrograms) of Vitamin D3 divided between lunch and dinner with food that contains fat to help with high blood pressure. If I didn't have higher blood pressure, I'd take 10,000 IU's (250 micrograms) of Vitamin D3 per day with one meal or snack containing fat. It's always best to consult with you doctor on how much Vitamin D3 to take before setting a limit for yourself. 💪👊

I started taking Vit DK emulsion drops that is more easily digested but still with other oils and healthy fats to be sure of assimilation. The Vit K apparently assists to move excess calcium out of the blood stream into the bones.

My wife takes her daily vitamin that contains 1000UI with her breakfast and her D3 level is still low. I advised her to start taking a fish oil supplement along with D3. We'll see how her numbers go after her next blood work.

I take vitamin D capsules (derived from lichen) and pour the powder into my morning smoothie. So hopefully the fats in the hemp seeds and Brazil nuts help it absorb...?

Advice: Keep your Vitamin D level in the upper half of the range. Only then you will see the boosting effects. In the lower half your body will simply function correctly. Please talk to your doc about the dosage. Too much has very negative side effects.
