To be honest Leon is good if u know how to play him right, surge is good on certain maps, mortis is only good if u know how to abuse him/actually play him and kit is brain dead.

I fully agree with you on Leon. But kit just shows no skills, its a pay to win character.

There isn't much more, you're dumb if you think Mortis and Surge will even be close, Leon is good but not top 10, kit is mid (B tier at best)
