After 2 1/2 weeks I finally got my 'VR Legs' and now I can play anything. Been playing Pistol Whip and GT7 with a racing wheel and it has been incredible. VR just adds a whole new gaming experience and makes the PS5 a top tier platform. 💯

I started out playing beginner games like Job Simulator, Moss Book, and Thumper, I would play for about an hr per day, didn't experience anything other than being thirsty with those games. I did have GT7 and Kayak VR but those games I couldn't play for more than 15-20 mins without the nausea kicking in. Then after the 2 1/2 weeks I went back to Kayak VR and that's when I knew I got my 'legs because I played it for 30 mins without no feeling of sickness. I branched out to Horizon and Star Wars demos and it's now a cake walk. Just make sure you're not pushing yourself, as soon as I felt the slight bit of queasiness I stopped and rested. Once the mind adjusts though you'll know it and it's pretty immediate when it happens. You may still get an awkward feeling from time to time like I get disoriented when doing GT7 rally racing because you're drifting all over the place so it feels like your head is spinning but aside from that it's awesome.

@@abdullahcheema7061 It just means developing a tolerance to play in VR without the issues of motion sickness. Once you reach that point you can pretty much go into most games and just play for extended periods of time. It's a mental thing.

PSVR2 for me has been a no regrets move so far. However, other than updating the controllers that shipped with the headset, I haven’t picked them up once-GT7 full stop. This video has peaked my interest, especially around the two titles with a slight fitness angle.

Pistol whip and synth riders are really awesome rythm games. There's also drums rock, where you play drums like guitar hero. Pavlov is a must have. The game has everything, all the game modes you want. Counter strike clone search and destroy, tdm, Deathmatch, gun game, one in the chamber, TTT (which is the father of among us imposters style games), prop hunt..and also WW2, where you have TDM with lots of WW2 weapons and can even drive a tank with 3 people, a driver, cannon operator and gunner (you have to turn wheels and press buttons to shoot the cannon and push/pull levers to drive the tank. It's awesome and super immersive). Another must have is Re8. Game is VASTLY better in VR. It went from a 7.5 to a 9.5/10 going from flat to VR for me. Walking dead saints and sinners 1 and 2 are amazing as well, but more...time wasting as you have to collect a lot of shit, recycle stuff to build stuff, go around maps for quests, explore to find new blueprints, go back to your mancave to sleep after each day. The cool thing is that everything you bring to your home base stays there. So you can have a collection of whatever you want. Npc heads, all the zombie heads, arms, a room full of guitars, albums, cigarettes, whatever you want. Another title that can make many people happy is after the fall. It's a left 4 dead clone with a progression system. It's more arcade than I like but some people might prefer that. There's TONS of new games coming out soon. Don't sleep on them. VR isn't just about the big triple A games like gt7, Re8 and soon Re4 remake. Gotta play stuff like red matter 2, hubris, firewall ultra, crossfire sierra squad, foglands, alvo, hellsplit arena, Lonn, low fi, propagation paradise hotel, samurai slaughterhouse, Vail VR, undead citadel, wanderer, synapse, c-smash VRs, behemot, into the darkness etc...

It’s literally the perfect 3D puzzle experience. The real life 3D puzzles are so difficult because you can’t easily manipulate them, nor do you get 4 different views of the completed puzzle. That’s not to say these are easy puzzles by any means. Just much more interactive and they hold your attention, as in, you don’t get bored or frustrated as fast as the material versions.

Just bought a VR2 as an early Christmas gift and I was both blown away and terrified of RE8! Absolutely chilling experience that I beat yesterday. Definitely replaying it soon ! I’m now playing RE4R in VR which is also fantastic. I’ll be looking to get the Walking dead bundle and Creed before New Years.

Love GT7 in vr- just got the Fanatec DD pro which is amazing… (only negative is the rally dirt races - the dirt/dust coming from the other cars looks awful- everything else looks great).

PSVR2 ❤. Great list....I've had PSVR2 since day 1 of release and it has quietly taken over my gaming experience. There are a couple of games that I think are worth adding to this list.... 1) The Light Brigade. It is a rouge lite shooter that has 5 different classes, magic, and the kind of immersion where you start saying you are gonna just play for a few minutes and next thing you know several hours have passed as you try to complete the game with its unique die and respawn system. 2) You have to try No Man's Sky VR. 3)After the Fall. It is a Horde Zombie shooter that has co-op and crossplay between Quest 2 and PSVR2 4) Demeo. It is a actual tabletop RPG with multiple campaigns that can be played in upto 4 player co-op and can be played flat screen and in VR.

I like horror games and finished Resident evil 8 in ps5z When I tried it on the vr2 its totally different, its a beautiful game and the immersion is superb. Its much scarier also compared to the non-vr version. I wish they continue to make more games like this.

I REALLY want to play horizon call of the mountain, because that demo was the first game i booted up on the psvr2 and it was just an amazing experience, the perfect start of my future vr adventures… but that 60 dollar price tag for a 6ish hour game (from what i heard) really hurt my soul, so ill wait for a price cut. In the meantime i have RE8, GT7, and thumper to mess around with (which are also awesome).

I own a PSVR2 and quest 2 and 3 but I find the PSVR2 to be the best of them all. the narrow lens sweet spot is a downside and the cord is both a negative and positive at the same time but every game I play looks and plays better on the PSVR2 compared to the quests. I have a PC and wirelessly stream PC VR games to the quests but its never as smooth as the PSVR2 is. I would love to see a PSVR3 with pancake lenses like the Quest 3 has though. the PSVR2 is so much more comfortable to wear than the Q2 and Q3 are also.

Just spent the last hour deciding if I should get PSVR2 or not. Never had any type of VR before but love the idea of it. Was 95% likely to find a deal and buy one after watching this final video... until he said you have tobuy most of the games through the PS store NOPE! I purposely bought the cd version of ps5 because I always buy a game, complete it then sell it on ebay for basically the same price straight after. I hate buying digital versions because I can't sell it back to fund the next game. So close

I’m loving walking dead- saints and sinners, Pavlov & resident evil the most so far. No man’s sky is one of my favorite flat screen games and in VR it’s so immersive but the graphics are ridiculously blurry even after the “fix”. If it was up to par with the rest of the titles it would easily be top 5

I used instant gaming for ps store credit. It’s saving me a lot. It’s really good the key is instant and I have had zero issues. When you pay over £25 they ask for a picture of your id and the letters IG on a bit of paper beside it. Makes sure kids don’t get access

there's 2 things you can do. lower the brightness to the minimum. this has to do with screen image persistence and this also lowers it and it HUGELY improves motion sickness. also there's plenty of very static games like Demeo, Walkabout Mini Golf and others that cannot induce nausea even to the most sensitive people. it really depends. also lots of games have teleportation instead of regular walking which removes motion sickness entirely. my girlfriend is also motion sickness sensitive and she never complains when she uses the right options (vignette, teleportation etc.)
