A fighter can take anything that's legal before a fight. You can't take Adderall or some other stimulant or anything that's banned but other than that what you do before a fight is up to you.

You should do a straight up video that is just the worst decisions or worse judging in UFC this year or even in history. The worst one in 2023 was Paddy the Fatty over Jared, "No luck", Gordon. I'm not sure what the worst call was this year but there were some horrible ones. Every time that Adelaide Byrd is one of the judges you know there's going to be a rip-off coming. She's partly responsible for Volkov's losing against Gane. She's been on the wrong side of a decision many times now.
