For supports since they dint put any supports : Enchanters are going to be really good right now due to hyper carry being able to pop off Since Enchanter are great again , Engage champ such as Naut Thresh pyke are also going to be quite good. Mage Supports such as Lux Xerath etc wont be as impactful since Enchanter support can just mitigate your damage and outrade you (Lulu vs Lux for instance) Irronically best support for low elo are still : (in terms of carry potential) Naut Lux Brand Blitz Thresh Higher Elo: (D+) Naut Trhesh Lulu Nami Milo Support you can abuse since most people dont know how to play against it : Velkoz Brand Renata And if you are feeling spicy Kennen Rumble Camille Fiddle

A build that I've been cooking and loving is the poke Lucian first strike build from last patch but instead of Statikk Shiv, you rush IE and then Yun Tal or RFC depending on if you need the extra range to get off the poke or not (preferably YT but a tough comp can warrant RFC), then you go the other third. The Yun Tal passive works great on Lucian once he has decent crit because the bleed stacks twice because of his passive and the bleed also continues to proc more first strike money. The damage feels WAY higher than the poke build from last patch even on 3 items with IE. I think the AD is still about the same, a little higher now, even with the IE buffs because RFC lost its AD

They like didn't change at all, and the shield changes and changes to support items. They did nothing as it may increase shield and healing, but the new ADC and mage items delete the shields so there was no point to it

​@adit7254 The burn build is also working well on Malzahar. The new item is a great rush with it granting mana. An issue malz has was choosing between mana to sustain lane shoves. Or damage to get that early lvl6 kill. Now, he has an item that does both. And the bonus damage to monsters makes his kit godly for early dragon.

I've tried every build on lucian and best one is: PD (if you got 1300 gold before ending PD or on first back but bf sword) IE LD (99% of the times) Then the new item and i as alot of high elo adcs do end boots only after first 3/4 items so i can buy zefir after that and the rest of items is situational you can buy qss or you can buy BT yall should try this and get back to me it's the most dmg from autos and every skill especially R (Ultimate does around 6k dmg after first 4 items)

@@yurilopes420 i should have specified, for me fleet is alot better when paired with crit, especially is you are learning vayne or new to adc as you get a sort of 'one shot vayne' where you will do massive dmg with 2 or 3 items and fleet combined, which is extremely forgiving as you can get value even if you dont position well and always auto in teamfights. its still a safe rune but if you are a good adc or vayne player pta will get you more value unless you are in a heavy poke lane now. and i dont think you really go crit anymore with vayne, all of her builds are bork kraken or bork guinsoos.

yep adc is completely broken this patch. yet adc mains are still crying about "no agency" lol. guess what, pick a different role if you wanna solo. adc should always have worse agency than other classes, because in late game they will melt anyone and anything. if they have as much agency as other classes the balance is off, since they have a support for a reason.
