Why would anyone want to rent a tiny apartment in NYC staring out your window at a brick wall and pay $3,000 for it? Why would anyone try and live in LA or surrounding areas and pay one trillion dollars for a house only to have a wildfire burn it down then a landslide finish the job. It may be slightly boring around here but I'll take boring anytime over abject terror.
