Murphy was my favorite character, I love his character growth. His character is so complex with so many layers and Richard Harmon did an amazing job.

murphy's very complex. in the beginning he's an antagonist, and I wouldn't say he grows into a "good" guy but he grows as a person and learns to love. his character development is one of the best in the show alongside octavia. you should definitely react to: octavia blake - the kiss of death the100- warriors clarke griffin- impossible choices lexa kom trikru - special the 100 leaders - heavy lies the crown the 100 - the only way to win

He’s hella complex and there’s lots of depth. He’s always seemed to me to be neutral, even from the beginning. He makes his decisions based off conversations or the environment he’s in, for his own survival. A lot of the others in the show frown upon his decisions, when in reality he just screws them before they can screw him over. They all get mad and pretend that they wouldn’t and haven’t done the exact same thing. Only for the others it’s always “for my people” and for him it was about HIS survival.

@@Alevar7 I definitely recommend you watch the show. It’s incredible and MOST of the main characters have really interesting complex stories and reasons they do things (like most people do). I resonate with Murphy and Octavia the most and they’re stories (imo) are the most interesting, but I also love all the other characters equally. It’s definitely the show I watch when I’m feeling lonely cause you begin to really know them.

I love Murphy, for me he is the best male character in the whole show, my GOAT list for THE 100 would be starting with number 1 of course OCTAVIA, LEXA, MURPHY, LINCOLN & CLARKE (even though sometimes I hate Clarke!) 😍
