That's sportsmanship at its lowest, like Victoria Azarenka, Maria Sharapova et al in tennis, who scream while the ball is on their opponents' side of the next. Rule makers in what is primarily "spectator sport" like to encourage sounds of excitement because they excite the crowd. Excitement keeps the $ rolling in, so don't expect any change soon.

Most matches you don't have Australian stars (including finals), international stars leave halfway - Rashid and Russell.. clashing with 2 other leagues..
