This season was such a success. Well done Cricket Australia for turning this competition around to such a big one. I never lost hope even though most people did. Insanely proud of my team the Scorchers. Super pumped for BBL 13 and 14 They will be huge.

They need to find a way to get more funding that isn't sponsors though. "Chemist Warehouse boundary" "Toyota six" is getting very boring, repetitive and annoying - fortunately though that was due to the excitement of this year's tournament though.

9:00 - That was a NOT OUT. Steve Smith had caught a similar catch in IPL, when Watson hit the ball. It was a called a 6, because your last touch with the ground should be inside the circle. You cannot juggle the ball from dressing room till the pitch and claim that its an out.

@@0mlawrence - I watched it at 0.5 speed, and the shout is loudest when the ball is over the middle of the pitch. That's sportsmanship at its lowest, like Victoria Azarenka, Maria Sharapova et al in tennis, who scream while the ball is on their opponents' side of the next. Rule makers in what is primarily "spectator sport" like to encourage sounds of excitement because they excite the crowd. Excitement keeps the $ rolling in, so don't expect any change soon.

A good BBL Season, but also simply showed all the issues. Most matches you don't have Australian stars (including finals), international stars leave halfway - Rashid and Russell.. clashing with 2 other leagues.. I was following the first half and 2nd half just not sure when the matches were, just kept on and on.
