The teachings on suffering and detachment are truly eye-opening. It’s helping me let go of so much negativity

This is truly a good teaching. My heart resonate with all as I was lost also when I realised that I was unhappy as a result of putting others before myself. I was thought as a child its better to be a giver than a receiver and working as a caregiver. On retirement I realized that I had given too much of myself to others. Today I am learning to balance as you are teaching us. Thanks.

I'm delighted to hear that our video resonated with you and that you're finding value in these teachings. It's a common journey for many, especially in caring professions, to give so much that we forget to look after ourselves. Realizing this and learning to balance giving and receiving is a significant step towards personal well-being and happiness. Remember, your needs are just as important as those you care for. Thank you for sharing your story, and we wish you the best on your journey of balance and self-care. Keep watching and learning with us! 💖🌟

Thank you for your thoughtful comment and kind words! You're absolutely right - while kindness is a wonderful quality, it's important to be discerning about how and with whom we share our kindness. Unfortunately, there are situations where people might take advantage of excessive kindness, which is why balance and mindfulness are key, as emphasized in our video. It's indeed a bit sad that we have to be cautious, but it's also part of taking good care of ourselves. We're so glad you find value in our content and that it brings a sense of calm and understanding to your life. identifying with our name or self in other words our reputation can be a problem because we become a prisoner to others expectations of our reputation
@WisdomInRealLife10 ай бұрын
You've raised a very insightful point! Identifying too strongly with our names or reputations can indeed become restrictive, as it often leads us to live up to others' expectations at the expense of our true selves. It's like wearing a mask that we can't take off. Buddha's teachings encourage us to find freedom from these attachments and to discover our authentic selves beyond societal labels. Your comment highlights the importance of self-awareness and the courage to be true to ourselves, regardless of external pressures. Thank you for this thought-provoking contribution! 🌟🙏🌱

Being 100% nice all the time is actually naiveness... immature state of being... salt is as necessary as suger. Just being nice is a state of child who lacks awareness of situational direction to act accordingly
@WisdomInRealLife9 ай бұрын
You've made a very insightful point! Striving to be 100% nice all the time can indeed be an oversimplification of how we navigate our complex world. Your analogy of salt and sugar is apt - just as both are essential for balance in flavor, a blend of kindness and assertiveness is often necessary in life. Recognizing when to be kind and when to set boundaries is a sign of maturity and situational awareness. It's about understanding the appropriate response to each situation, which indeed requires a deeper level of awareness and discernment. Thank you for sharing your thoughtful perspective on this! 🌟🧂🍬🙏

🙏 It's touching to hear how deeply this message resonates with you. It's true, an imbalance, even in something as fundamentally good as love, can have unintended consequences. Finding balance in how we give and receive love is crucial for our well-being. Buddha's teachings often remind us of the middle way, where we can love generously but also preserve our own health and happiness. Remember, taking care of yourself is as important as caring for others. Your emotional response shows your deep understanding and empathy. Stay strong and keep seeking that balance. 💖✨

Thank you for sharing such a profound and thought-provoking perspective! Your view highlights the essence of true connection, transcending the physical and digital realms to tap into something much deeper - the spiritual and natural bond we share with others and the universe. The idea that our deepest connections are rooted in our spirit and not merely in our online interactions is a powerful reminder of the vastness and depth of human communication and connection. Your mention of telepathic communication and sending positive vibrations touches on the incredible potential of human consciousness and the interconnectedness of all life. Disconnecting from the digital world to reconnect with our inner truth and the natural world around us can indeed be a powerful way to rediscover these deeper connections. INDEED. IN LIFE ONE NEEDS ONLY EMPATHY AND COMPASSION AND THESE ARE FEELINGS FROM THE HEART. KINDNESS IS A BYPRODUCT AND CANNOT BE QUANTIFIED. TEACHING PEOPLE TO SUPPRESS KINDNESS IS PREACHING AGAINST BUDDHISM ALTOGETHER.
@WisdomInRealLife10 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Indeed, empathy and compassion are foundational feelings that come from the heart and are central to Buddhist teachings. Kindness, as you mentioned, naturally flows from these qualities. Our video aims to explore the balance in expressing kindness, not to suppress it. It's about understanding how to be kind in a way that is healthy for both the giver and the receiver. Buddhism encourages mindfulness in all aspects of life, including how we express kindness. We appreciate your perspective and are glad to have sparked a thoughtful discussion! 🙏🌟
