About the series:
Four children with four exceptional gifts - a computer genius, a violin virtuoso, a star gymnast and a dazzling chess player. What is it like to be one in 100,000 or even one in a million?
From friendships gained and families uprooted, it’s a fragile balance between pursuing their potential and not losing their childhood innocence. What hidden sacrifices do these wonder kids and the people around them make to fulfil their grand ambitions ? We go behind the glamour of awards and achievements and find out what it truly means to be a child prodigy.

I’m good at math but I love how she is ready to pounce on any opportunity to solve an equation... she is unafraid to try. I enjoy mental math and logic but I prefer science over math. Let’s all take a lesson from her and try at anything, whether it be math or not, without the fear of making mistakes. Easier said than done, but will become doable with practice.

@@alexso820 Log, cosine, sine is extremely basic. Calculus is a very extended subject, as someone who has a major in applied mathematics, one of the most difficult transitions I had was going from pre-calculus to derivates, analyzing functions, parametric equations, limits and continuity, and matrix transformations. As a family full of mathematicians, at the age of 12 or so they forced me into learning trigonometry, matrices (took a long way to understand the inverse of matrices), and complex probability. I remember in school when they were barely teaching about polynomials, logarithms, quadratic equations and shit like that, I had the easiest time of my life... except for when they asked me to make my classmates understand...

Take this from a student from Singapore. In Singapore, the expectations of teachers and students are much higher than other countries, I am not exaggerating. The math Olympiad is common for people in my class to take part of and win or at least get a high position in it. It is quite common to see things like this. But Arushi is quite gifted I must say.
