He makes no bad tracks, and has such a chill and genuine personality

That's the one thing that amazes me about Hulvey. He doesn't have that _one_ track that's kinda off. Not that that's what makes a good artist, but Hulvey's discography is just built different.

I never thought to say it like this sis but that's NO CAP. I have never heard a bad Hulvey record. Not a single one 😅 that's amazing and the best part...they all give glory to God.

Loved this. Hulvey is one of my favorite artists by far. I’m so glad he never gave up despite facing difficulties. He’s so unique and I just enjoy his music so much and also admire the heart he has for the Lord.

2-3 years ago, I said “Hulvey my new favorite artist”. This interview just confirmed that I made the right decision. Excited to see him live in Boston in September.

I love this so much bro, and honestly I really relate to Hulvey cus I feel like I face a lot of the same unwelcome response even as I’m trying to start my journey in CHH so this is definitely encouraging to me and a reminder that perseverance is a necessity in this world

Loved the interview! Hulvey’s music is the work of the lords. Bless you bro! About the secular music that keeps being brought up during the interview, I could use a little less of. I don’t like comparing God’s work with the worlds. It’s not even on the same level. Just a thought, aside from that awesome, awesome convo! ❤

I love the record label and the transparency with the transition of Hulvey to the label. I will say as people of faith we need to try and nip this perception of a threat or insecurity in the butt. It's a human thing, it's a flesh thing but truly if we understand ourselves as artists fearfully and wonderfully made we don't need to think or feel like we are ever replaceble if God has carved out that spot for us. Trust him to continually carve that path.

True but I liked it this way, it felt like a deep conversation between an extrovert and someone who’s more of an introvert (hence the 60/40).

For me I saw wat reach saw when they signed him but i growing up the way I did I didn’t see wat everyone else saw, I’m glad Ace was and the team was able to see that and 1 apologize and work through that

“Let’s sign a white rapper to get back what Lecrae lost” Definitely what I thought when they first signed him. But at the same time motions was my favorite song on that summer playlist. 😅 Grateful for this platform for them to address those uncomfortable topics. Hulvey is my favorite Reach artist rn I hate that he had to go through all that.
@TheKingdomofHeavenisHere10 ай бұрын
I'm glad they addressed it too. I can definitely see how some of those other artist felt that way. But the way Hulvey came in was like nothing I had ever heard. His transparency and heart in the music. God meant for him to be here. Can't wait for part 2 of the interview

Does this mean they basically are setting him up to be the next CHH superstar? Hence replacing Lecrae?

Christians take the longest time to say the fewest things because I think. They want to articulate how god is responsible for everything they’re succeeding in lol
