Since we choose our parents before we come to the planet, then I choose a Mother who was "Awake" when I was born. Therefore, I had the honor of being taught spiritual reality since childhood and I have been meditating since I was 10 years old. As a result, I have experienced all 12 stages of awakening to my light body with some stages manifesting stronger than others. I can testify to the truth of everything you have stated in your video. I only wish to add one thing. I am now 61 years old and when I was born, the computer and Internet had not been invented. All my mother had were a few books that she could afford to buy every now and then which she gave to me to read. In other words, Spirit taught me everything I needed to know about my spiritual growth without all the information that's out today simply because this 'Shift' is humanity's destiny. I didn't have a name or a number to the stage of 'Awakening' I was experiencing and there was know one to talk to about it because back then everyone believed the planet was headed for the Apocalypse. Heck, in some timelines, it still is. I just wanted to let you know that you have done a very thorough and accurate job explaining the 12 stages of Awakening and I wanted to thank you. I also wanted to let others know that as long as you have set your intention and desire to grow, your Higher Self will make sure you grow. After a NDE last year in a car accident, everyone kept telling me, “You’re still here for a reason”. So, I started asking the sky to tell me what that is. I came onto Alex Collier and UFOs, something a year before I would never have listened to or believed in. After some months, I again started asking the sky to show me something because I was thinking I might be crazy for believing this. Soon after, I came onto meditation. Quickly I was able to levitate my light body up and off my bed a few feet in the air. Then, I was able to see with my eyes closed. I’ve done it a few times, but I get excited and it goes away. I try almost every night. I want to meet my Star family and my soul guide, but hasn’t happened yet. I suppose when I’m ready I will. Meditation has been an incredible journey, I would have never known if not for nearly dying and believing in something greater then what I can see and feel.

I dont know if you will ever see this comment, but I just want to say this is my favorite episode so far. This video post is 2 years old. I started my spiritual Awakening 6 1/2 years ago when I met the other half of my soul. I never knew if such things before that miment, but I was compelled to investigate this new sensation. I grew up as a Southern Baptist, very strict religious family. I Moved away from home at 19 and started my own life in Oregon IN 1996. In 2017, I met my other half of my soul on my 3rd day at a new job. Everything that led me to my new job suddenly makes since. Even the painfull bad stuff. Anyway i shook his hand and had a soul shock and my life spun out of control....I started researching things about soul mates and soul shock because i didn't understanding what was happening. Found out that he is my Twin Flame. We both are Awakening in our own way. It's led me to be the most open minded person. Im totally different....Im learning about this ascension and i keep wanting to learn more.... Thank you for your amazing content. It may be 2 years no contact, but we live in a tiny Mexican village (pop 109) and I see his car/wife/friends on most days. No real visible changes. Some days quite hopeful, others, not so much.

I have been through so many of these. I have had light beings activate me, I have been off planet in a shamanic session and had my carbon bones replaced by crystalline bones, I have had all the symptoms you have described, now look younger, thinner, care a lot less about possessions, have fluctuating ear dulling and language scrambling. I have seen the light body you have talked about that seems more like a diamond. I have seen my beautiful third eye blinking at me. I feel I move from one earth to the other when I care less about 3D stuff. I work with light and breath now helping people see how powerful they are and expand their light bodies. Its such a joy. I was walking down the street in Guadalajara, MX, and asked if I was an angel "from the sky". Since I was headed to my airbnb, pulling my carry on, fresh from the airport, I told him yes, yes I am. He said he loved me, and I continued on my way.. 😊 Another time I visited a small church in a tiny remote Mexican town. It was Saturday so I thought it was a service, turns out I crashed a baptismal 😅. In hindsight, I think the Universe wanted to bless this baby with my presence...or moreso through me. As I don't speak Spanish and I am a tall Irish woman with bright blue eye and white hair, it must have been quite a shock to see me barrel in. Lol, I hope it was a good sign for this baby and family, especially as I am incarnated to spread divine love. ♥

I fell off from the top rail of a staircase onto a hard wood floor when I was 18 months. That I do remember, everything else was a blank. I know I wore a brace on my leg for awhile, had knee surgery, but everything else total blank, was it possible I had a NDE at that time? I don’t know, I do know this much though when a person like me for instance I had a couple of near misses where I could have been killed on the job, you kinda get flashes of pictures that go through your mind, pictures of love one’s, and so much adrenaline run through you veins yet so much focus to get yourself out of the situation too, luckily I’m still kicking, all body parts still attached. But, here recently I’ve had or I believe I had my spiritual awakening, scary yet peaceful and sometimes overwhelming. At times I actually think I’m crazy, but I know I’m not, other than that I feel normal, except when I do have those moments. What do you think?

Interesting -- I've followed Lee Carroll, who channels Kryon, for about 12 years. Kryon presented "him/her/itself" to Lee intentionally in 1989 (the year that was given in the beginning of this episode as when the light activation/calibration occurred). Kryon came in at that time to partner with Lee to begin the process of guiding Old Souls/Lighworkers into this Awakening. Love when I get the same pieces of info like this synchronistically from different sources at different times -- a confirmation that the sources are genuine. All of this resonates. early this morning i woke up with sleep paralysis. i saw a vision of a man standing in front of me... and it's so hard to explain in english words, but he was a holographic fractal. he was like a kaleidoscope. he was standing right in front of me, but i could see him existing in multiple universes or dimensions or realities (or somethings) at once. he didnt speak. he stared at me. the look on his face said "stay on task". he was all different colors simultaneously- i dont even know how that's possible, to be every single color at once, but he was. i had a feeling he was highly majestic. i had a feeling he meant me no harm. i had a feeling he wanted me to see him watching me. i dont know who he was but it was probably the most bizarre experience of my entire life- and ive had alot. it was my lightbody.

Yes Brian, it has been changed a lot in terms of physicality especially this year. My body became lighter and healthier this year. Even I noticed much younger looking skin and stronger teeth. OH MY GOD I have experienced so many of the ascension symptoms this presentation speaks about. I have been in communication with AA Michael for around 6-7 years. AA Metatron has been visiting me for the past year or so. I still don't know how to properly activate my Merkaba (Merkana, Merkava) and my multi-dimensional travelling (mostly during dream time) is still quite elusive to me. But I have been given strong messages about my life purpose and what I am supposed to do within the New Earth. It is quite mind-blowing and unbelievable, but I guess that is a symptom of 3D beliefs and perception. I believe that I am a light worker and I am actually experiencing all of these ascension symptoms beyond my free will (a contract I pre-discension into this 3D realm volunteered for) and my mission has been revealed to me. It is not something my 3D self accepts very well, but my 5D awareness knows it is true. I look forward to moving into NEW EARTH with all of you xxxx

I'm excited about this one. I been doing major shadow work and mediation as of late. It has been an extremely life changing experience in just a few months. I have been able to start overcoming my fear of relationships and start actually craving a relationship when before I had major anxiety of it. I have had vary emotional energy flow through my body and put me into tears from it and a few times I have had this warmth come over me and kinda feel like I am spinning and there is a feeling of like energy flowing up from my feet. I only started a few months ago and I'm already experiencing incredible amounts of positive things. I want to find a group to together go deeper into mediation and eventually be a teacher for others.

Brian I was stunned to hear you say "blurry vision". For around 10 years I have been experiencing blurry vision episodes that last for 20 minutes followed by a huge headache. These episodes happen immediately after i feel anxiety inside with no reason. They are less frequently now. This was very helpful. Thank you! First of all, I wanted to tell you that your voice is a form of activation. There was such an incredible sense of familiarity in it, since I've was guided to listen to your podcasts. In this podcast, more than ever, I wanted to share two of my visions. One of them changed me completely. Long story short, in my vision, I was in a room with beautiful wooden floor, and a white curtain that was flowing moved by the wind coming from the open door of a large balcony. The room was empty, no furniture, in semi-darkness. So, I went out through the opened doors of the balcony. It was night, I could see some lights in the distance, like those of a distant city, I could feel that, I am on the coast of a sea, could feel the sea breeze. I've felt how invisible arms are lifting me from my underarms and my feet, lifting up in the sky. I was feeling safe, calm like never before in this life. The invisible beings were carrying me up, out of Earth atmosphere, until I could see the planet from "above". Then, we've stopped and went into a complete fall, on my own. I wasn't afraid, somehow I could manage to fly, to navigate. But as I was approaching Earth again, I've felt I have to much speed, so I will simply smash into the ground. I could compare it like the first flight of dove, could use the wings, but didn't have the experience on landing. I realised I am going to crash, but I didn't have a physical form because I could go through the roof without any resistance of matter, and just 2 seconds before hitting the floor, I've felt the invisible arms catching me and easily placing me on the floor, the same floor, but in another room. I realised that I am in the room next to the one I was before leaving, there was an opening between them, no doors between. I was laying there exhausted, couldn't stand up, and feeling my third eye pulsating because I simply lifted my hand and I could feel a bump on my forehead. I was calling for the one I knew is my twin soul, he came from the other room to help me stand up a little bit, because I was like crawling, not able yet to stand up. I've said to him: "Did you see? Do you believe me now?" There where plenty of visions from distant past, other dimensions, parallel realities, clear messages from higher self, mind bending experiences, but this felt the most real thing, the ultimate confirmation of how protected and guided I am. I wanted to share it with souls that understand the journey... I've felt it like "death" and coming back. Just before this happened, I've noticed that people, even animals don't see me...

The Light Body presented itself to me at age 35, born in Germany, through a distance learning program (Books and CD's): The Speed Lightbody by Cecilia Sifontes, a Channeling Medium, who is channeling the Guides of the Cosmic Federation and other Light Beings. As was doing the program alone with no other students or light workers around or near me. The channeled Light Beings taught me. It's allover the same teachings as mentioned in the book and in your video. As I was a 'broken' child with clairvoyance and other abilities but also with horrible experiences of abuse and violence from early on, adapting and building up my light body was tough and after several years of ups and downs and then, after a major breakdown - mentally and physically - I pretty much 'stopped' the process. But it cannot be stopped, of course. After some time I began to 'study' the light body again and now I am 55 ys and step by step I am able to be and stay in the light body process and make my progresses. I can now testify almost! everything that is stated in your video. Almost, because the build-up and the processes - I take them as mindfully as I can. I'm thankful and happy to be alive. To learn and be taught about the light body is best to be performed step-by-step and close-nit with other light workers.

The different physical symptoms of which Guidance is telling me is part of the change over to a crystalline body structure. Amazing. Also hair loss, yes. Been 10months for me now after reciving lightcodes and chakras being activated but i must say. ... My hair is now growing and is coming back thicker. Im amazed at this whole experience. Thanks for the video and sharing this with the world

My hair was falling out, and when I asked my Spirit Team about it, they asked me "Is your hair living tissue or dead?" Keratin is dead, I said. "Well, do you want to be taking 3D dead tissue with you to your 5D light body?" 'Nuff said! On the anniversary of losing my Mom to cancer, I shaved it all off. I felt lighter immediately in terms of frequency.😊
