Things like the Jade Emperor are the creator God's in their own mythologies (in Jade Emperor's case, he is the creator of all in the Chinese mythology and is the ruler of the Celestial Bureaucracy). I only disagree with Lucifer's place as he was able to make I am that I am abandon this reality and make another again and again (the meta reason why there are different game masters and realities).
