Do you believe that initiated people from the diaspora are foreigners? I believe that we all share common beliefs and we alle differ in the way we practice in terms of formal procedures. But we all drink from the same water.

'Foreigner'? Really?.. I love the expression "...we all drink from the same water." Ifa's spirituality and wisdom are for all of humanity who want it, not just the Yoruba people.

@@okabiti Exacty. And if I may add, the route of the system of Ifá is Al Raml, a divination system from the Arabian world. The philosophy of Ifá is deeply influenced by many "foreign" influences and the ability to adapt and incorporate wisdom is a strength of this tradition.
