@@patrickuwizeyimana52 Mr many African countries's economy is based on agriculture even Rwanda included, purchasing power of Rwandans are too far from paying those services,..some countries in Africa like Rwanda they don't have even small industries that can produce matches, toothpicks, toothpaste,even they don't have industries to refine their agricultural harvest and minerals. That will make the continent keep starving for several years cause they invest wrongly
