it's better to craft flower, feather and sands which in total has the same cost as a single goblet, and instead use a off piece goblet, what do you people think? I crafted a HP sands for neuvi and got 1X crit rate, 2X crit dmg, 1X energy recharge and 1X defence. As for goblet I got a Hydro dmg bonus goblet with 4 substats: crit rate, crit dmg, energy recharge, elemental mastery just from farming, it could've been the perfect artifact, but rng ruined it, got 2X enegy recharge and 1X everything else.

I mean you most likely already have a good offset goblet so you can use an offset sands or circlet, and since crafting sands only cost 2 elixirs it's better to craft them. all my elixirs went to sands
