I’ll always have a special affiliation to this song. I was at T in the Park 2014, and I’d heard a couple of songs on Radio 1 by The 1975 (Chocolate and Sex). Didn’t realise they were on the bill, and stumbled across them on the Radio 1 Stage. This was the first song I’d heard them play live, and I instantly became hooked. Fast forward to 2022, seen them live three times at festivals, two tours, and waiting for my third in 2023. This song will be always be so important to me. Thanks for uploading it Andy 👍🏻

How early do you recommend getting to their concerts to have Barricade ?

It really depends on the venue and the area, if it's a smaller city then you can get barrier by arriving around midday, if it's somewhere big like London, then way earlier, maybe like 7am. On previous tours the bands security would give wristbands out to the first 100 people so they could leave the queue and come back later, this usually happened between 11am-12noon, I would usually arrive around 11am and wait for the wristband, then go and get lunch etc and come back around 5pm, I usually got around number 50-60 and was 2nd row which I'm fine with, for this show (this video) I was travelling from Birmingham the day before, so arrived later, around 3pm and waited in the queue.
