Nelson De Castro is sick!! Dimitri Patelis also has a fantastic style. I love how he does symbiotes or any characters with wings, claws...anything with edges that can be sharp he kills!! 1995 is my favourite MM set by far because of the variety for each character. And then Scanlan, whose Venom from this set I just posted on my IG yesterday, has some unreal works in this set. 🤟🤟🤟

Each artist did a version of the 38 base characters. The 4th versions were in the inserts. 22 canvas cards, 8 holo flash and 8 characters on the 2 Mirage cards.

Cool. I didn't event know about the 1995 and '96 Marvel Masterpiece series until I was an adult. I remember that KB, my local comic shop, and Play World (an NYC toy store) stopped carrying a lot of Marvel cards by 1996.

Honestly just like the Jim Lee X-Men set and the 2nd Jusko set all of these collections deserve their own books. Not only that I don't understand why nobody has decided to make framed posters of these sets. That way you don't have to ruin your own set in order to make one yourself LOL. Any one of those companies that make the metal posters would be awesome at it.
