Coffee Prince is one of those dramas that`ll never age because of mature writing.I watched it for the first time two years ago and it is to this day one of my favorite KDramas.The conflict was interesting,the chemistry was INSANE(best chemistry Gong Yoo has ever had with anyone,none of his other dramas come close to this) and the acting was spot on. What's more,no one can convince me that Eun Hye and Gong Yoo wouldn`t be successful if they did another drama together. In 2020 special,they still had that spark.This is one of those couples I desperately want to have another drama together.

This drama was a new revelation for me The character of Gong Yoo falling for a person without knowing his or her gender was a tremendous work of art by its makers I will always admire their acting... Gong Yoo portraying the longing for love from someone he can't fall in love with and the actress's passion for acting... Not caring for her looks or the type of acting the character requires 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

아니 왜 이 드라마는 완전한 해피엔딩인데 왜 마음이 아릿하지..ㅠㅠ 글고 ost도 한몫함 유행타는 음악이 아니라서 질리지가 않아.. 그리고 억지로 엄청난 자연이나 화려한 장소로 영상미를 만들어 내는 것이 아니라 일상 속에서 자연스럽게 영상미를 만들어냄..그래서 더 감성적인 드라마.. 배우들도 연기 너무 잘하고 입체적 다들 이 드라마를 즐기고 사랑했던게 보여서 더 좋아짐ㅜㅜ 명드는 세월이 흐를수록 더 진가를 발휘하는데 커프가 딱 그럼

I just realize that she never star in a flop k-drama. From Princess Hours, Coffee Prince, Lie to Me and Missing you. All Hit dramas right there. I miss her so much!!! 갠적으론 도깨비보단 커프가 인생작. 한여름만 되면, 2007년에 방영한 커프가 기억나는 이유가 주연 배우 모두 인물에 제대로 몰입했고, 인물의 내면 표현과 감정의 대비를 너무 잘드러냄. (특히 성정체성에 대해 고민하는 한결이) 그래서, 이 드라마를 바탕으로 윤은혜는 궁-포도밭 이후로 다시 보게되고, 공유/이선균/한유주는 배우로 입지를 다짐. 또한, 배우들이 배역에 몰입된 모습을 보여주기 위해 NG장면도 일부러 살린 장면들도 있어서 너무 좋고, (은찬이 라면먹다가 뜨거워 하며 뱉는데 공유가 웃는장면, 은찬이 떠나고 혼자 공놀이하다가 그네 망가진 장면, 같이 양치질하는 장면 등) 원작 소설의 작가를 드라마에 투입시킨 것도 너무 좋음ㅜㅜㅜ 무엇보다 요즘 드라마는 너무 무겁거나 가볍거나 쓸데없이 나불나불 거릴때가 많음. 때문에 보기 거북해져서 중도하차. 그러니 출연했던 공유도 커피프린스 촬영현장이 즐거웠다고 계속 기억에 남는다고 하고, 이선균도, 채정안도 기억에 남고 진하림역의 김동욱님도 커프 현장 즐거워서 출연했던 모든 배우들과 다시 만나고 싶다고 하지 ㅜㅜㅜ + 공유님이 실제로 이 드라마 찍으면서도 찍고 나서 도가니 영화 상영때도 실제 이상형이 고은찬 같이 보이쉬하고 개성적인 여자라고 했는데 드라마보면 연기라도 진짜로 고은찬을 너무 사랑한게 눈에 보여서 사랑할 수 밖에 없음♡ 지금은 편한 여자가 이상형이라고 하지만...

Throughout all these years and no matter how many Korean dramas I've watched, there's one that will always hold a special place in my heart as my absolute favorite. The undeniable chemistry between Gong Yoo and Eun Hye in this drama is simply unmatched. Whether it's the stage where he believes she's a guy or after he discovers she's a girl, their connection and his intense attraction to her as a person are so tangible. She, too, displays such genuine earnestness and love for him, evident in every glance she shares with him. I really hope to see them reunited in another drama soon- it would be a dream come true! ❤️

Just finished watching this series on Netflix. This scene where he confesses his love to Eun Chan is the best one I have scene so far in any drama or movie till date. What an amazing actor Gong Yoo is! I literally felt all his confusion, frustration, pain and genuinety and depth of his love for Eun Chan. When he says "let's take it all the way" ❤️ Such incredible talent. I just love this man ❤️ Same with Yoo Eun. Such a talented actress. I basically started watching it for Gong Yoo because I just couldn't get over him after watching Goblin 😄 I wasn't expecting only a usual romantic comedy by this show was really well ahead of it's time and absolutely incredible.

When I first found out about kdrama world through a friend she recommended me to watch "Boys Before Flowers". I loved the drama and because of that I started looking for other kdramas to watch. 은찬이가 사랑해요 할 때 한결이 안절부절해하는 거 진짜ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 저 장면이랑 은찬이가 보고 싶다고 한결이 집 찾아가서 여기저기 막 들쑤시고 다니는데 의자 위에 안절부절 하면서 은찬이 눈으로 쫓는 장면은 진심 공유 연기가 짱.... 사랑에 빠져서 어쩔 줄 몰라하는 연기는 공유가 진짜 제일 잘 하는 듯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve seen this actress in Princess Hours too, there weren’t many kissing scenes because of the plot, but there were so many natural hugs and touches, I was so surprised. Since then I’ve seen Full House and My Lovely Sam Soon, and in those dramas everything felt much more natural. I really dislike how they portray romantic comedy dramas these days.

These two have an amazing chemistry! You can’t explain but it’s one-of-a-kind! They deserve another drama… please make one for these two! Coffee Prince is still the best and my favorite.. I will never get tired of watching it over and over again. I spent my youth with them as we’re of the same age but yet I can’t move on. Rewatched this drama (and Secret Garden) last week for the nth time, but the confusion and hurt in Han Kyul's (Gong Yoo) eyes while he struggles, thinking he has identity crisis, which he fought so hard before giving in completely thereto later, still makes me feel emotional. Even if I am well aware of what will happen in the next scene/episodes. He's that good. huhu. Coffee Prince is still my favorite Gong Yoo project even if Goblin and Train to Busan were the ones that made his name skyrocket worldwide.

Yoon Eun Hye, I believe only wore moisturizer in this drama... She didn't wear any make up... Even the clothing she wore were not designers like how they are nowadays.... Instead, she bought them and wore them even sleeping to make them seem more natural..

Because actresses are afraid to show their bare face. Like Love in the moonlight, Ra On is pretending to be a man, but she's wearing light make up...in Coffee Prince Yoon Eun Hye just put moisturizer and nothing else so she's more believable as a guy, besides the fact that she really pulled it off because of her superb acting.

Classic korean dramas were more natural. They used less make up and when the story tells about ordinary people, they wear ordinary clothes. Todays drama make me confused especially with fashion that doesnt look natural at all for ordinary characters.

You missed a pivotal kiss, the first one after he finds out she's a girl. Thank you though, this vid is a treat for Coffee Prince fans. The series was an Emotional EVENT! The chemistry between GY and our favourite tomboy is unparalled. It's always fresh even when you watch it for the 10th time. It's probably one of the few dramas that will inspire you to write endless versions in your head.
