Dear Divyansh, Just a suggestion: The 2m rule is just indicative. May I suggest that you keep it for a "short time", like 10m workout (like you yourself mentioned about yoga). The idea is mainly to sign up for a goal that seems too easy and can become an "atomic habit! Love your content!
