Thank you for all wonderful and informational videos. If I am service based business, I have to purchase products to provide services like Botox and peels. Where do I enter these expenses on my S corp taxes. Are the products considered inventory while filling taxes or under assets, or other business expenses?? Thank you

Navi, I started my business last year so this is my first year to carry over. Do I carry a balance to my 2024 p&l from 2023 or how do I start this year’s document?

Congrats on starting your business. You may want to rewatch this video one more time as I do cover this within the video. The P&L account balances all reset to $0.00 on the first day of the new year. The balance sheet account balances carry over from year to year with some exceptions in the equity section of the balance sheet which I covered in the video.
