Other things I didn't mention: I'm snacking between 8am and 6pm. Nothing after 6pm. I will be doing 30-60 min of some type of cardio per day. I'll be adding fruits and veggies to my snacks.

I love how you 🤫 shushed us like we’re making noise when you’re ordering 😂. I am 27 weeks pregnant now and 211lbs. Changed my diet to include more fruit and veggies, protein, healthy fats. I really didn’t care up until my nutritionist mentioned I gained 26LBS too fast. Keep us updated and hope things are getting better for you! Prayers always
