The 20 Mins Challenge | Episode 1 | Trichur Brothers

The 20 mins Carnatic Challenge is our attempt at making sure that the world at large benefits from the immense benefits that listening to Indian Classical Music can bring about! It is beyond doubt in our experience and in the experience of millions of others who listen to Classical Music , that one feels a lot more happier, calmer and lighter after listening to Indian Classical Music! The Ragas or the Scales have their source from the Saama Veda (the Vedas were revealed to Sages while they were in very deep meditation) Thus , Indian Classical Music comes with the potency to heal!
We urge the listeners to spread this message. We urge everyone to listen for at least 20 minutes, uninterrupted, at least once a week.
