The Miguel thing was a legit accident. He could have avoided all of those lawsuits if he would have just APOLOGIZED right away, paid their medical bills, hotel bills, and gave them some concert tickets and a merch gift basket. That's what most artists do. But just walking away like it didn't happen rubs people the wrong way.

The thing I can't get over is that it was so clear that he landed on those girls, he had to have felt it, but he didn't pause at all to see if they were okay and just kept singing. Like, really? Even if he didn't know how badly they were injured, once he felt that he hit someone he could've turned around to see what happened.

As a doc, the whole Miguel thing disturbs me. Brain injuries are serious, often fatal, and unless it's a mild concussion - which it isn't in this case, he kicked one woman in the head full force and landed on the head of another, they often leave permanent brain damage. The fact he didn't even offer to pay at least half of their medical bills shows me what a POS he is. He could've easily killed them or maimed them for life - and it seems like he did. A non celeb could've faced jailtime for such negligence but he got away with 0 consequences.

Yeah I agree. Its total negligence and as someone who has had concussions, straight up blunt force trauma and whiplash and they made me wait 22+ hours in a wheelchair in a hospital waiting room... that is sickening. They made her do an interview with him too like... no apologies no nothing. This last concussion I suffered was one of the worst and the degenerate that did it is still not being held accountable. After I went and did my statement and pressed charges, the police still have not arrested him or nothing and just thinks that I'm gonna go away... not happening. I'm still having memory problems and burry vision and sensitivity to noise and lights. That is so sickening. Sorry about the long rant but concussions aren't something to ever be taken lightly.
