Nei maestosi giardini di Palazzo Sconbrunn a Vienna Andris Nelsons dirige i Wiener Philarmoniker. Accanto a loro il solista Gautier Capucon, violoncellista francese che si cimenterà nel Concerto per violoncello n.1 Op.33 di Saint - Saens.

Rossini est d'abord un compositeur mozartien. Il n'est donc pas étonnant que les Viennois tiennent ainsi et avec maestria juste par le bout des ailes sa " Pie voleuse ".
