The only criticism I have with Audi is the interior quality. It’s very nice. But it’s not Mercedes Benz, BMW, Range Rover nice. Especially in this 150k RSQ8. The interior just isn’t up to par at that price point.

@@zoomzoom3839 Wait what😀 obviously it's not necessarily the most flashiest interior cause it's not meant to be. Incase you aren't too into german luxury brands Audi is known for its interiors. Especially quality wise. Q8 interior is a bit dated but quality is insanely nice and clean looking

Older video at this point, but the front seat side bolsters ARE width-adjustable at both thigh and back, you just have to scroll to the side of the seat menu to get to the adjustment. Many might miss that.

The Q8 platform is awesome, as it can also serve as a comfortable family hauler and a distance cruiser across all sub models. The rear seat has a ton of room as well, which gets understated by a lot of reviews. The sweet spot may be the S version as a 20% price premium over the Q8 nets almost 40% more HP and 60% more torque, plus the S has standard air suspension and 4 wheel steering. Handles totally different, in a good way.

I’ll be getting an Audi Q8 a 2019 hopefully pretty soon and I plan on finding a way to expose the hidden exhaust tips and put an aftermarket bumper on it to make it look like an SQ8 I feel like these oval exhaust tips on the RS. Q8 just doesn’t look as nice as the dual Quad exhaust

I see someone has derived the same conclusion as me. The Europeans generally focuses on lower end torque as well as superb overall balanced engine in general. That is why you don't need such high HP from American or Japanese manufacturing brands.

The RS Q8 and the Lamborghini Urus I believe share the same platform. If I had the money, I would buy the Urus over the RSQ8. Even if the Urus is more expensive. Just because there’s always going to be a little bit more excitement and fun when it comes to having a Lambo badge.

Yep, this RS Q8 pretty much shares a platform with a lot of VW Group SUVs, like you mentioned, the Lamborghini Urus, the Porsche Cayenne, the Bentley Bentayga, and even Audi's own SQ7. It's a really nice platform. Plus, they all share the same amazing 4.0L twin turbo V8 engine.

Exceptional engineering and handling. Understated, stealthlike design...though becoming somewhat dated, it is still arguably the best looking coupe profile out there. The Q8 line however, is in much need of a significant refresh, especially of its interior and infotainment offerings. With the likes of the recent X5/6 LCI refresh and the 2024 Cayenne updates - especially the reintroduction of the 4.0 L V8 to the Cayenne S - Audi needs to up its interior luxury styling, front passenger storage and tech to compete. The price points of the Q8 line have substantially climbed, absent significant improvements that other competitors are delivering on. With external EU pressure to move from ICE to EV, Audi is running out of time to get a great refresh/redesign out there - rumor is redesign not until 2026?! Would love to see: 1. A refreshed front end, more like its EV sibling with a slimmer grille surround 2. Next level infotainment displays and interior choices like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes 3. Tweaked throttle response and mild hybrid technology to improve hp/torque curve - Come on Porsche...as with Lambo, you can allow a little bit more linear boost and turbo lag reduction for Audi's power train. This is a great all around SUV coupe with great potential to become even more luxurious and driver responsive!
