Ford had this exact thing in their '97 Galaxy. All five rear seats could be removed like that. You could also remove the middle seat and put the two outer ones closer together to have more space on either side.

Figured it out.... he's not ever critical of any car. I'm not knocking him at all. He doesn't give his opinions on the vehicles. He simply is going to give the stats. Ridgeline is built on unitized body not a stiff boxed frame. Test drove it & shouldve ridden better. Power wasn't impressive. Looked at Tacoma & Ranger as both tops in class. After driving the Ranger i was sold. Powertrain is phenomenal. T6 frame excellent (same as new Bronco) Gen2 TGDI w/10spd tranny. Sporty driving lots of punch. Ride was smoother & plush. Only look at w/ FX4 package. Def drive the competition. Ridgeline is overpriced for pseudo smaller truck.

Yeah I was down a small glimpse of it but I don’t think the rear taillight design is it for me. Also kinda shocked that Honda is sticking to a V6 even tho they said there will be no more of them and that everything will be switched to a Turbo/4cyl engine. But still other than that, it does look like a pretty cool large family SUV
