The NBA season is always very long and eventful and as fans we cant ask for much more. We get to see our favorite sports and players like Lebron and Luka Doncic. As well as crazy storylines from contriversial players like Dillon Brooks, Kyrie Irving and Draymond Green. We also get to see surprise stories like this year the Sacramento Kings became the 3 seed out of nowhere led by De'aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis. All of this usually gets overshadowed by the NBA Finals but I'm here to talk about every moment, especially the forgotten ones. So enjoy :)

Bill Russell wasn’t even like by a lot of fans because he was black, he even held his Jersey retirement in an empty arena with just his teammates and coaches because he said those were the only guys rooting for him in Boston. In more recent years there was a problematic sign hung from the green monster, a black center fielder claimed the center field fans were calling him the n word, kyrie (who I don’t believe) claimed there was racism towards him while on the Celtics, and pk subban a black hockey player same thing. It has a reputation because of its past but it’s definitely overblown, Philly is just as bad, Utah is more racist, and then there’s the south still. I’ve been to tons of Red Sox games, Celtics games, and bruins games and I’ve never heard anything racist ever so it’s definitely overblown lol

I’ve been a kings fan my whole life and I haven’t had much reason to pay attention til we drafted DeAaron Fox. I grew up watching them at their best (I had a pair of Weber’s in grade school 😎) and they slowly made me not like basketball til the last couple years. Nowadays I follow as close if not closer than I did as a kid. Kings are playoff bound for as long as we’ve got Fox 💪
