I came for Keith Huewen at the start, but very happy to discover new great hosts and a great show. Off season is gonna be quiet !!

When me and Harry Benjamin launched OMG MotoGP we aimed for an informative pod with a sense of humour! Since then we’ve been grateful to Renita and Amy for joining in, along with some great guests (including Pete of course)! It’s perfect when our listeners give us feedback too, so, thanks to you lot 👍🏼 Spread the word @OMGmotoGP

The podcast with past racers and MotoGP personal make this podcast almost OFFICIALLY the MotoGP voice on KZbin without videos. Great job and a bright future ahead... @OMGMotoGP please people if you like these podcasts subscribe! It's the right thing so support them...

Thanks for the good discussion and i appreciate Keith reminding us all that August Fernandez is quite a good racer - this is an extraordinarily competitive time. Also glad that Keith mentioned Michelin’s rear tire. I think the rear tire was the story of the year - who was able to adapt to it. thx!

I'm surprised no one gave a shoutout to the Phillip Island race as the best race of the season. That race had everything - a Marquez strategy classic and uncompromising 'you back off now or we crash' overtake, a nice multi bike battle at the beginning, and Martin playing his championship calculations perfectly when battling Marquez. That was my personal favorite race of the season.

See Pecco in a different way he has to be in the limelight, even when its not his place. Marc respectively left Jorge to take all the applause, the stage was Jorges and so well deserved championship 🏆

It's been a good if slightly boring season at points. I can imagine the heat issues these guys face, I used to race sidecars back in the 90's and the F2 was bad on a hot day being laid on top of a CBR 600 engine.

In regards to the end points of the discussion, if there is a rider who is overlooked the most its Alex Marquez. You had a whole section where you sung the praises of Digi, but he was beaten by Alex (who also beat Morbidelli on a GP24). Alex was the second best GP23, and frankly deserved to have a GP25 next year far more than Digi

Considering ducati dominion. The racing was good! Twice Pecco poor decisions cost him the title imo. Marquez passing pecco , pecco rammed him. Then cutting infront of Alex Marguarz . 2 avoidable blunders. 😂

Castrol i saw somewhere, will sponsor Honda.. Alex Marquez is under radar, BUT, i think he will be strong.. The difference from the 2025 ducati, to the 2024 model, is not as big as it was between the 23 and 24 versions.. For me, the race of the year, was watching Marc Marquez season since he sat on a Ducati..and give the flare back to MotoGP ! I bet, maybe with Liberty Media, the content creators and reactors, will not be so copyrighted when creating MotoGP compilation videos, or react/influence/share MotoGP content.. We need a video of, for example Marc Marquez season, motivational, moments compilation..but then, MotoGP copyrights the creator, for using footage, that is even free on their MotoGP youtube channel.. Learn with F1, and the boom they had, after allowing much more of the videos, to be used by creators..let people react, have the first contact with MotoGP..talk about it..get stoked..and learn with this channel, NO ADS !! The admin of MotoGP youtube channel, needs to scroll youtube studio, and uncheck the box..

The sprint races should not be counted towards championship points Those sprint races should determine the grid position
@macsmith62163 күн бұрын
Why, it just adds more to the championship
@sburns24213 күн бұрын
Maybe should count for points AND the front row on Sunday is the top 3 from Saturday.
@macsmith62163 күн бұрын
@@sburns2421 F1 did that the abandoned it What happens if someone else’s mistake takes a rider out of the sprint race Qualifying is by far the fairer way to determine grid positions The reason a lot of people are saying it is because without the sprint points Pecco would have been Champion
@A_Hardy_Lopunny3 күн бұрын
Then no one will risk anything. The races will be dead. Who cares about pole, top 6 is good enough. You don't have that control in quali, thats why you have to go all out.

50:00 The beast is a good rider that is smooth with the throttle and understands how to take different lines to wear the tyre more evenly. He is not a development rider. He doesn't do data so well. His style doesn't match the ktm, top guns style doesn't either. Bad move for both of them.

Not according to KTM and Maverick, Maverick loved the bike and KTM were very pleased with him Aleix Espargaro also commented on how well Maverick was going I don’t think either of them really had a choice to go anywhere else
@gasracing50003 күн бұрын
@macsmith6216 mav was just happy the bike wasn't worse than the ape. The ktm needs to be pushed hard to get the best of it... mav and bast are both smooth, not strong arm riders. I don't see it going well for either of them. I could be wrong. Tell yhea what, bet you a pint neither of them finishes in the 10 next year. I think you're right bout neither of them having much choice in ending up there... best of luck to them boys, they're going to need it

Enea Bastianini got exactly the lack of coverage as he should have. He did well but he got what he deserves by the end of the season. How a pass that runs Martin off the track is a legitimate move is beyond me.
