😂Exactly what I thought the second I read the title😂 My brain was in an old school Gladiator battle between: 1) “This has to be rage baiting and giving the 🖕middle finger🖕FU to all of those commenters! And I am soooo here for it!” 2) “This is just Tara being her ‘authentic self’ as she always has been! The title would have been the same regardless of ANY comments good, bad, or indifferent. And I am soooo here for it!” 2 was the 🥇 winner 😂! People come here for many reasons, but a main reason I think is because she doesn’t censor herself. She actually says what she WANTS to say HOW she wants to say it! In this world very few people can do that without major repercussions. Everything we say and do has to be filtered and edited to make sure we are not stepping on anyone’s toes, ruffling anyone feathers, or hurting anyone’s feelings. Her philosophy: “If I hurt your fucking feelings, it’s your own damn fault for clicking on my damn video!”

SA has been having a decent number of 30-40°C days recently, and it’s made me curious.

I didn't work during the afternoon on a really hot day last week 41/42C. But that was because there was a total fire ban and we didn't enter paddocks when it starts to heat up and get dangerous on those days, I went back out at 7 and brought the lambs in for market. If there's no fire ban or fire conditions though we would be feeding etc, this will be in next week's video.

First I hope that you came through that stinkin' hot day last Tuesday ok. Our forecast suggested that 45 Celsius might be possible in central Victoria. Good to see that the Mighty Scrot has been released. Since you obtained the OZY whites I have been taking much closer note of my neighbours mob of Dorpers. He is a cattleman who started a few Dorpers when he retired and left his son to manage the cattle. He culled some of his poorer stock a few months back and now has a respectable looking mob of 160+, but nothing remotely as handsome as the Mighty Scrot. They roam over a very big range on our poorer country and seem to eat almost anything , including a lot of bushes and shrubs. I haven't noticed much beyond the fact that the Dorpers seem to maintain physical condition well in poorer grazing. Hope yours share that trait. Neighbour's son is contemptuous of all things sheepish, except for the price for a few young 'commercial' Rams his Dad picked out and sold.
@TaraFarmsКүн бұрын
Dorpers are great desert sheep, they’ll survive on very little. I think they’ll replace a lot of the merinos that are up north. I think that change is starting to happen now. The Australian whites should also perform will in similar conditions because they’re a desert breed, the lamb I have is proof of that because she got hardly any good food and is still growing like a mushroom

I wish you all the very best when selling your livestock at market. I hope that the amount of money you receive recognises the immense amount of care you have given to the lambs you had to rear by hand, and all the care you give to all of them, to ensure that they stay healthy and plump! I bet they give excellent meat which will grace thousands of tables in Australia and in other parts of the world, too! My parents were members of "Compassion in World Farming" and I think it's very important that the animals we eat for meat have had a happy life beforehand. Your livestock are very well looked after, you're very conscientious in checking up on them. You have to de-turtle them (lol), feed lambs by hand and help the ewes to give birth - I couldn't do the work you do, even if you gave me a million pounds! So, I do greatly admire you, and so I wish you the very best and I sincerely hope that the money you receive for your livestock at market reflects how well you have taken care of them all. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and very prosperous New Year 2025!

And I watched as far as you unwrapping those Xmas gifts to see that you got a couple of nice, clean flash, sunbonnets with face masks. Yet you are seen wearing that same grungy hat that you have been wiping sheep's bottoms with for years. Not gonna say that those new ones will look too dainty, but, do give 'em a shot. So ,Slip Slap, Shot, See ya on the next inspirational video episodeeo..

That harness thing is pretty ingenious, though. Very interesting.

I "liked" the video right after you showed the sheep with the Z on it. Hopefully that helps with the algorithm. Please keep the amazing content coming! Let us know if you see any more letters. Thanks!
