Absolutely amazing game, and analysis: it just shows the mind boggling depth of modern go. And it shows the fighting spirit needed to play the game well. Both players are true heroes of the game. Thank you for your exciting effort to show us this game!

I guessed the 9 Dan move. Not by reading, but just guessed “the enemy’s key point is my own.”

Amazing series. I didn't know Yang Dingxin prior to that game, but that was amazing play from both of them.

To me, it was so crazy that Black had so many weak groups in the center and, still, the game was really good for him...

The lower right was a lesson to all of us amateurs: you can play common-sense moves and still stand your ground against someone of the calibre of Yang Dingxin 9p.

Thank you doctor for everything you do ! Why can't black play one intersection above 8 at 43:39 at any time to connect with the bottom group ?

You can steal cut them by playing two intersections above 8.

45:31 From the start of the game, Yang Dingxin's demeanor seemed so lazy or disengaged, uninterested, it was weird.
