I think the real powerspike behind Altruis is actually Twin Slice, costs zero mana, the second slice always spawns in the rightside of your hand so you basically have 1 damage guaranteed for free. I've had it happen that I got Altruis, double twin slice for 4 damage and a bunch of other cards. I went from 16 health to almost dead... Bull card.

14:17 even before seeing the blackjack, I disagree with this play. Scrap Imp would come out of Dormant one turn too early, before you could draw with Matrons. I would have played Evil Genius here, followed by Scrap Imp + 1-drop on turn 3, followed by probably Matron on 4 to draw, then a Magic Carpet + 2x 1-drop on turn 5.
