Having tight lats is also a big contributor towards clicking shoulders and inflammation during one-arm or weighted pull-up training, really important to stretch them regularly to prevent shoulder pain!
@dojajkox

Uhm. It also led me to elbow inflamation while doing muscle ups. Guessed it was inflamed triceps because it had to stretch too far while being contracted too hard instead of the lats.

This combo is real! Made a photo before and after and look like i've been train for months, not for 20 minutes. I know, this particular video is not the good place for next question, but what king of equipment will you take with you when traveling with backpack only? Considering of taking rings and/or resistant bands

I love the presentation, simple, thoroughly explained, with the possible cheats included. I am enthusiastic about measuring my current range of motion (which is thoroughly insufficient for my diving efforts) and see what kind of progress i can muster. Once thing that was not covered here, is how long did it take you to achieve the gains you show. a single session? two? a week? I would really like to know. Thanks for this and all your other videos

What strengthening exercises would you recommend for external rotation of the shoulder? I feel my lats are tight keeping my shoulders from being able to fully externally rotate. If I foam roll the lats and over the rotator cuff muscles what would I do to then strengthen the muscles to keep that new rom?

Do Shaolin monks use foam rolling? No. They hold painful positions for hours. They tear their muscles and abuse their connective tissue. The result? Idk haha, just kidding. This is the video we've been waiting for. Applicable to so much more than just lats.
