This kinda reminds me of the dragon 🐉 scale stitch 😊! You put out the best tutorials! Sometimes I'd like to see you do stitches like this in poncho tutorials, though. I love the ponchos! Skydiving,.. some people just enjoy the adrenaline rush from fear😱. It's not for me either! 😊🙃

This is a beautiful pattern. I am definitely going to make a shawl as soon as I finish a blanket that I am working on. This stitch makes such a texturally- visual fabric. I am using it to make a shawl as a gift for a very sweet friend. It looks so fantastical! I had purchased a few Lion Brand Wool-Ease DK cakes on sale: colorwave- Strawberry Shortcake. I was wondering if I'd ever use this yarn, as I really don't like yarn weight 3 and under. But your suggestion of trying this pattern in DK weight, instead of 4, has turned out as a plus! Thank you for all your time and patience in sharing your joys with me. I just made this using caron cake latte cakes and absolutely love the way it turned out. It is so squishy. I made it as a gift for my mom, but I like it so much that I think I'm going to make myself one using a different color

I just finished making this shawl in Lion Brand Mandala Tweed Stripes yarn. It’s near-impossible to capture the beauty and depth of the texture of the fabric on camera - just as you said! This is a great project that is working up fast. I did 3 rows the regular way of the back posts and then switched. That made it so much easier to do the back post. Awesome tutorial.

Would like to see a tutorial for a shawl or wrap pattern for men. The men need something to keep them warm while they are getting chemo treatments or for a older man sitting in their favorite chair to keep the chill off of them.
