Hello, Jason. I'm currently trying to get myself going with my study which will very likely involve the COI Framework. I happened to chance upon your video and it was very insightful. Thank you for making this. I also have a question that's I've been thinking about for a while now. Undergraduate classes in my university follow 12-week schedules. My sense is that a sense of community must be established, say, halfway through the term to bear fruit by the end. And I'm not confident that a 12 week timetable is enough. Are there approaches to community building that can compensate for this?
